In our country, Iran, the research in energy managing and controlling with the consideration of correcting consumption models has started in recent years. Of course there is a long way to achieve these imagined purposes. There has always been a need for a perfect and inclusive system to manage the energy consumption in the buildings. In spite of all the efforts for providing the controlling systems, these researches can still be promising for achieving better products.

In addition to challenges for achieving more resources and new energies, there has also been the need for optimizing the consumption methods and the management of energy usage according to the increasing demands in the world. In Iran, the research in energy managing and controlling has started in recent years considering correction of the consumption models, though, there is a long way achieving these goals. There has always been a need for a perfect and inclusive system to manage the energy consumption in the buildings. In spite of all the efforts for providing the controlling systems, these researches can still be promising for introducing better products.
The current employed systems -there are only a few of them- handle the controlling process without analyzing the data, affecting system feedbacks and networking. Consequently these can be accounted for the innate defects of theses systems. Therefore the compensation of their output errors is very high and costly. Of other weak points of these systems is their consumption management algorithms. They should perform the best consumption methods in such a way that the optimization does not lead to destroying comfort. The existence of a defect after studying its nature should bring about the production of the compensator, to be corrected with a compensator without deleting the defect from its source.
These conditions persuaded us to design and produce a unique system for optimizing and controlling energy consumption in order to cover all the mentioned points. We took a step to realize the national purposes in line with the optimization of energy consumption.
The innovative idea of our company is to provide a remote connecting system based on SMS and GPRS including the possibility of keeping, detecting defects, setting and remote monitoring of networks and the parts of the energy consumption network. Package smart controlling system M-F0488
This system has been designed and produced to be used in residential buildings and apartments. This device receives the building temperature via its own remote sensors and then control the heating function of the packages or central heating based on the favorable set temperature by the user. This causes the optimization of the natural gas up to 20%, preservation of the comfort temperature zone of the building, reduction of the electricity consumption as well as the package depreciation.
The smart controlling system M-S0589
This system has been designed and produced for smart controlling of the central heating. The handling of this system is very simple and can be set and used by users. This device has the capability of receiving the temperature from the collectors of hot water outflow, hot water return and the outside temperature of the buildings with its own industrial sensors. In addition, this device can also control the functions of the pump and the flame based on the optimized chart of energy consumption. It can also increase the resistance of the installations and fittings to the freezing. While this device is a complete system for smart controlling of the central heating, it does not need complicated settings and has all the optimized energy consumption programs in its own memory.

This is a new generation of the central heating smart controlling that has been designed and produced by employing up to dated software and hardware technology of the world and based on the years of our company experiences. While having the advantage of easy handling, it also covers all the controlling requirements of the installations.
