Lighting controller

In poultry farms the lighting duration (the amount of day time lighting), the illumination power (lux) and the color of the lighting are very important. If these three factors are not observed, they will affect the breeders' result. Therefore the employing of smart lighting control systems are very important for considering the mentioned conditions.

If these three factors are not observed, they will affect the breeders’ result. Therefore employing the smart lighting control systems is very important for producing favorably those factors.

This device uses four methods (modes) of automatic, manual, voltage input and current input for controlling the lighting of the poultry houses.

  • Automatic method: the user can precisely enter 10 steps and for each step two lighting time to the display keyboard for the whole period of the breeding. The device can control the lighting of the houses based on the pre-programmed time table during the breeding period.
  • Manual method: the user can switch on and off each one of the lighting lines at any time.
  • Voltage input method: in this mode the device is connected to the automation system and can set the lighting of the houses according to the amount of the received analog.
  • Current input method: the device is connected to the automation system and can set the lighting of the houses according to the amount of the received current.

  • Outputs: ۱. Controlling 4 lighting lines 2. Analog output 0 to 5 v 3. Analog output 0 to 10 v

The following specifications are available in each one of the above functions:

  1. The possibility of dawn and dusk simulation
  2. Setting dawn and dusk separately per seconds
  3. Setting the maximum and minimum of the lighting
  4. Possibility of entering password for accessing the device setting

This device has been designed and produced for those poultry farms already being equipped with the automation systems that neither have the capability of lighting control nor the capability of using it desirably. This device has been provided in two models of LC713 having the capability of programmed lighting for a period of 60 days in 10 steps and LC713b model having the mentioned capability of the former model as well as controlling the illumination power of the RGB and LED lamps or any lighting systems supporting the PWM.
